Born and raised in Central Florida, growing up around real estate by way of his father’s design-build construction company, he is especially familiar with the surrounding areas of Orlando and consistently updates his knowledge of the present real estate market, local trends, and new developments. Having started his career as a commercial real estate appraiser focused in eminent domain, he has expanded to the transaction and management side of real estate. His eight years of experience valuing various commercial property types gives him the skills to aid and consult prospective or current owners on their real estate needs, the life cycle of each asset type and consult on current market trends. Kevin has represented buyers and sellers, works with landlords and tenants, and consults with owners in a value-based approach.
